Joomla allow your staff to provide, to create or modify content on the site online using a MS Word look a-like editor. When the changes are submitted, they will be reflected on the website immediately.

Image Gallery
Image Gallery allows your visitors to view photographs in different albums and slideshows. User can either upload a single file or batches.

Google Analytics/ Web Statistics
Google Analytics will allow administrators to monitor the traffic of your sites. Administrators will be able to find out where the visitors are coming from and view traffic summary over a certain period of time.

Scrolling Updates Module
Visitors can view the latest updates via the scrolling updates module. Administrators will have to just create a new article and the system will automatically fetch the article from the database and insert it into this scrolling area.

Event/ Training Registration
Whenever there is an event or seminar, the administrator can simply link up to the event registration form. Visitors would then fill up the particulars and upon submission, a “Thank you” email will be sent to the visitor and another notification copy to the administrator.

Rotating Banner Module
The rotating banner module allows administrators to create multiple banners to rotate periodically. This will allow the administrator to focus on different key interest areas (e.g. new product launch, important corporate news etc) on the home page. When the visitors click on the different banners, they are linked to different areas of the website.

E-Mail & Printer Friendly Pages
Each of the articles on the website will be equipped with the printer and email friendly icon. Upon selection, the printer friendly page will appear.

Site Search Engine
A site search using Google’s engine will be integrated into the proposed website. The CMS system also allows visitors to perform a section- specific search.

Calendar of Events
The events will be shown on the online calendar. The user will be able to click and view the event details. The visitor will be able to search for past or upcoming events with the search feature.

Video Streaming
The video will be streamed from a video streaming server such as YouTube. Users will have to just upload, generate the code and the video will be available immediately.

Contact Us Form
Your sites should have a contact form for any queries and feedbacks. Upon submission, a standard reply will be sent to the visitor and the submitted message will be sent as an email to the pre-determined recipient.
